Mid-eighties. Giulio, 6, is allergic to strawberries. One afternoon his mother finds out while he’s eating them in the kitchen. Giulio closes himself in the bathroom, declaring a war of resistance. In the bathroom, toothbrushes, toothpaste and mascaras animate Giulio’s mind with stories of naval battles and other incredible fantasies.
